Virtual Group Classes will be held on Zoom.
Virtual Zoom Classes will be free for each sessions. Each session are 30 minutes.
Days: Thursday , Saturday , Sunday
Time: Tuesday: 3:00-3:30pm & 3:45-4:15pm, Thursday: 3:00pm-3:30pm & 3:45-4:15pm , Sunday: 3:00-3:30pm & 3:45-4:15pm
We will stretch beginning every session !
Types of workouts:
Thursday : Core day: leg lifts, bicycle , planks, knee tucks, oblique twists, side crunch, bird dog, flutter kicks, scissors, 30 sec hold, abs v sit-ups, mountain climbers, side plank, high crunches, push ups
Saturday : Glute day: squats, sumo dumbbell squats, jumping squats, lunges, cable kickbacks, glute bridge, deadlift, wide squats
Sunday: Arm Day: Push ups, side extensions, curl ups, front extensions, bench rows, jumping jacks, triceps pull down, triceps kickback
Once you book, an email will be sent out about the classes and what you will need for it.
